Golden Snake Brooch
This small golden brooch resembles a tiny viper. Woven from gold coins through a magical loom, this was given as a gift by the repentant merchant Nils in The Fey Realm as a penance for his lifetime of greedy deeds.
Mechanics & Inner Workings
While wearing this brooch, you can use an action to draw on its power and make a poisonous bite attack. Your bite is a natural weapon which you can use to make an unarmed strike. If you hit, the target takes piercing damage equal to 1d6 + your Strength modifier and deals initial and secondary damage of 1d6 Con, unless it succeeds on a DC 11 Constitution saving throw. This ability recharges at the end of a long rest. Once per week, as an action, you can transform yourself into a Tiny poisonous snake, as per the spell polymorph. This effect lasts 1 hour or until you voluntarily end it as a free action.
