Scrutineers of the Temple
The arm of the Leaden Trinity that hunts, captures and kills 'illegal' magic users they have many resources at their disposal called the Pale Arsenal. Spellbreakers are zealous warriors of the war on magic, spellbreakers are the militant institution tasked with hunting down the illegal witches and sorcerers that 'plague' the realm. Though any race may become a spellbreaker, they are easily distinguished by the corruption that marks their visage. Black Stains mark their lips and teeth, dark scars spider web across their skin, and a constant scowl epitomizes the irascibility and hatred that stems from this corruption: the Black Breath. Spellbreaker Inquisitors. Anti-magic fascists or heroes of the war against the weave's corrupting taint? Wherever you stand in the political-ethical landscape, the presence of an inquisitor of the Leaden Trinity should inspire fear. Appearing unannounced, few can with hold their truth from these ruthless invigilators.Herders
These far ranging survivalists stalk through the wilderness seeking out enclaves of magic-users. Once they find a quarry, they will tirelessly track them and take note of routine, behavior and visitors, before finally devising a plan of action. Their modus-operandi is to set traps and snares, picking off foragers and strays one by one. They are hard to detect before an ambush, and leave little trace afterward. If the mission is to capture, the spellbreaker will lie in wait, before surprising its foe with a net attack, and manacling t whilst it is restrained. Aided by canine companions, they strike swift and true, mounted upon their steed with whom they share more empathy than any humanoid can elicit.Wyrms
Though spellbreakers are usually distinguished by the corruption that marks their visage, Wyrms depending on their role, may appear totally normal. Abstaining from the use of Pale Arsenal concoctions allows Wyrms to hide in plain sight, appearing as normal, everyday people. The most secretive of the Trinity's three arms, Wyrms are responsible for covert operations and intelligence gathering. Those especially profcient in stealth and assassination are referred to as Wyrmfangs and can be relied upon to not leave a trace of their presence. This includes their own life, should they be captured. Wyrmtongues are operators that hide in plain sight. They acts as sleeper agents, moving through social circles, both high and low. From diplomats to courtesans, black market traders to titans of industry, any may be a wyrmtongue. As the saying goes, "Guard your tongue well or The Wyrm may take it.Public Agenda
