Carpe Maris

Seemingly named for its original moniker, "Seize the Sea". A greatest fortified port city growing from different cultures and home to the great goblin-ingenuity on the broken bedrock of an old Banaethlin stronghold; a multi-coloured scene with a land thriving with ingenious artistry, crafts and great banking. Ruled by Zimmark Shivos, the ancestor of Shivo the Brave (Bronzebraves). A noble-ancestor worshipping clan, noted for their red skin, matriarchal rule, decorated in dinosaur hides and rich-animal skins but also the proud bronze mantles around their necks and heads. Guarded by a mechanised sea-gate, known as The Shieldbridge of Shivos that gives access to the portside beach, Fort Maris, and patrols of Armada ships that protect the Concords most profitable port.   Unlike the other Cloud Courts, the Skypelts of this region must hold and have succeeded in battle to rise to prominence, under the right chosen by the Zimmark of this region and through the support of its citizens - to be chosen through the eyes of the Hero Shivo at the First Legion Arena. Hence, the Cloud Court are known as the "Cloud Panthers of Carpe Maris". They are centred in the shadow of their leader from where he made his last stand within Fort Maris, in the Bronzebrave Tower. And under him, the private Chalicozzi, are the strongest, most armoured and most loyal in the land; the Bronzebraves.    Under its protection is Port Razuur, a sister port that expanded as more of a commercial sector of the Bronzimm Concords growth and expansion. Historically, it is known as the first landing site of the Banaethlin Empire from before the Revolution - and most of its structures remain intact as a strategic advantage, but changed and expanded upon over the years due to the innovations of proud free goblins, and from the efforts and contributions of the ancestral Shivo clan, and their Bronzebrave initiative. Here, the warriors and sailors of the Cimerus Sea and Dredjericho Jungle come to work under the Bronzebraves in their central stronghold - the First Legion Arena. Once a place in which the Hobgoblins trained, now converted over the centuries into the training grounds of the goblins great warriors and fighters. Supporting these endeavours are the first founded businesses and merchants of the free goblins in Carpe Maris, utilising the nearby copper mines and forest lumber to craft their goods - with watchtowers set across the coastline, towards the Bleaker Cliffs and Carpe Som. Here are the great shipbuilding foundries that once worked in favour of the Hobgoblins, now utilised in the Armada fleet and many mercantile ships along the coastline. One may find oneself heading towards one of Carpe Maris' crowning achievements and noteworthy academy, the Mirage Lodge where artisans and artificers experiment and craft their goods and engineer great technologies for the benefit of the Bronzimm Concord.
