A totally legal arena in the basement of The Paradise Casino.
Purpose / Function
Seems to be used as a form of arbitration to settle disputes between consenting parties without having to go through the court system, though it also sounds like there's a spectator element to it.
"I was here to see a match in the Court of Resolution today, but I heard it got canceled. So now I'm just gonna get wasted!" -- an enthusiastic partygoer.
