The nixie's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 12). It can innately cast the following spells, as long as it is in contact with a body of freshwater.

At will: Druidcraft

1/day: Confusion, Dancing Lights, Detect Thoughts, Dispel Magic, Phantasmal Force, Polymorph, Sleep.


Magic Resistance: The Nixie has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Actions

Superior Invisibility: The nixie magically turns invisible, until it's concentration end (as if concentrating on a spell). Any equipment the nixie wears or carries is invisible with it.   Charming: When the nixie is in contact with a body of freshwater it gets a +6 to Charisma DC rolls. It sounds like a young child in distress or utters a song that attracts victims to it's watery abode.   Sticky Polymorph: when the nixie casts the polymorph spell to touch, grab or get a creature to mount it (in a mount form) said creature can only get itself unattached by a Strength DC 15. If failed the creature is dragged underwater and starts following the rules for drowning.

Nixies are water spirits in Germanic folk-lore and responsible for drownings.

Generally found in freshwater bodies, usually rivers, ponds and lakes.
