Fey Ancestry. The Leannan Sidhe has advantage against being Charmed, and cannot be magically put to sleep.

Charmer. The Leannan Sidhe can charm a single individual using their Charisma and it's Persuasion proficiency combined as the DC saving throw. A failed save can be tested again every 24 hours, and if passed remains unable to be charmed again by that specific Leannan Sidhe. During the period of failure, the Leannan Sidhe feasts on the Wisdom of the victim doing 7 1d10+2 psychic damage to the victim every time this is used. If reduced to zero Wisdom the victim dies. During this time the victim displays erratic & odd temperaments. She must feed like this every 24 hours or disappear into the Feywild for a year.

Slave. If the DC is failed the Leannan Sidhe must roll against a DC 20 Cha saving throw or become the slave of the one she is trying to seduce.

Pass On. If a suitable new victim is found the victim can pass off the Leannan Sidhe. The new victim has to have a Wisdom score of 15.

Actions

Sidhe Dagger. Melee Weapon Attack +2 to hit, 5 ft range, one target. Hit 3 1d4+1 piercing damage.

The Leannan Sidhe is a beautiful fey being that is usually referred to as the Fey Lover. She attaches herself to those artists that need inspiration and have a passion about their work. Feeding of the person, she keeps her strength up, all the while the artist is driven to madness before dying young but highly inspired. If rebuffed, she will become the slave of the artist, while those that accept effectively becomes hers. Artists of all types attract her attention whether relying on the spoken / written word, acting, painting, drawing, music, or some other means. At least one source seems to point to the existence of a male Leannan Sidhe as well.
