Fey Ancestry. The Leannan Sidhe has advantage on being charmed, and is immune to sleep, caused by spells or magical effects.   Compulsive Muse. The Leannan Sidhe will try to charm a mortal to her service. A DC 18 Charisma saving throw is needed to prevent this. If failed, the victim suffers the loss of 1 1d4-1 Wisdom, but can produce a work of art of such beauty that they gain 1 Charisma every month while still alive. If they don't die in the meantime this is permanent. If their Wisdom drops to zero they die, and have a chance of developing a form of madness as described by the DM. If successful on the save, the Leannan Sidhe becomes the victim's slave instead, with no other effect.   Iron Protection. As per the Fey having an aversion to iron, any trinkets or the like will stop the loss of Wisdom from the victim when worn around the neck or on the head. Acts as a Damage Immunity.

Actions

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack +2 to hit, reach 5 ft, one target. Hit 4 [1d6+1] bludgeoning damage.   Drain Life. Ranged or Melee Weapon Attack, reach 5 ft or range 15/30 ft, one target. Hit 7 2d6 psychic damage, and the victim must make a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw. If failed, the victim takes 1 1d4-1 psychic damage and reduce their Wisdom by one. Their Wisdom can be restored after a long rest. The Leannan Sidhe restores any lost hit points this way except any lost through radiant damage. If successful no psychic damage or Wisdom damage is caused.

The Leannan Sidhe is an Irish vampire, the two variant names Leannan Sith (Scottish) & Lhiannan Shee (Manx). The Angelized name is Fairy Lover, and is part of the Aos Si (People of the Barrows). As a fairy it is linked to the Fey, and in this case she (although a few are characterised as male), displays vampiric tendencies, by draining the life-force of her victim. At the time when someone accepts her as his lover she becomes his muse, and starts to drain them while inspiring them to greater & greater acts of artistic expression. This can be in the form of poetry, music, painting, drawing, and so forth. This happens until the person's life-force is completely drained and they die. At this point, the Leannan Sidhe moves on to another victim. If refused she must become the slave of the person. When feeding the Leannan can cause madness in the person.
