Bloodflame Storm
5-level Conjuration
You deal 2d6 Necrotic damage to yourself and use your blood to conjure a red storm cloud in the shape of a cylinder that is 10 feet tall with a 60 foot radius. The cloud then rains on creatures in the area. Creatures in the area under the cloud must make a Dexterity Saving Throw, or take 5d6 Necrotic Damage and 5d6 Fire Damage (success for half damage).
The rain leaves six 10 foot patches of fire under the cloud that remains until the end of your next turn. Creatures that start their turn in a patch of fire must make a Dexterity Saving Throw or take 2d6 fire damage (success for half damage).
When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, increase the initial damage and the fire patch damage by 1d6 for every level above 5th.
