Timurantia had chosen to abandon Arethas and decided to make a new start with some of her people. She chose seven large families who were to build boats and sail to the relatively young peninsula of Taleth. She gave the leaders of the families dreams of a new beginning.
The family of Arturia were to be the masons, they were to build a city with a large ivory white tower as a landmark from where the families would set sail.
The family of Osson were to be the guardians, experienced warriors that would protect the other families during their preparations and travels.
The family of Eroth were to be the diplomats, smooth talkers who were to avoid outside interference and internal conflicts.
The family of Danil were to be the laborers, farmers, woodcutters, and all sorts of other menial tasks were given to the largest family.
The family of Coven were to be the financiers, a wealthy family with connections to various trading partners.
The family of Elas were to be the navigators, scholars with extensive knowledge of the stars and weather would ensure safe travels on sea.
The family of Dolemas were to be the shipwrights, expert woodworkers that were to build the ships that would deliver them to their new home.
