Starmetal

Starmetal is a special type of Mithral that is easier to enchant. Starmetal is almost never used in its unenchanted form since it is naturally weaker than steel.   Starmetal, along with Mithral is the invention of Gevjar (Illianos for humans) and Alveïn. They brought it to this world through meteorites, mainly during the cataclysmic events of the Fall of Arethas. Starmetal meteorites still fall although it has become a very rare occurrence.   While unenchanted, Starmetal slowly transforms into Mithral. Losing its ease of enchantment and instead gaining toughness and durability.   Enchanted Starmetal is, like any other enchanted object, extremely tough and durable.
