Staff of Skulls

The Staff of Skulls is the weapon of The Shaman from Part 3: Bully Peninsula.   The Staff of Skulls is a magical quarterstaff. It has a melee attack, a ranged attack, and several magical effects.

Skull Smack

Melee weapon attack
+5 to hit
one target within 5 ft
1d8+2 magical bludgeoning damage  

Skull Blast

Ranged weapon attack
+5 to hit
one target within 30 ft
1d10 force damage  

Berserk

You target one creature within 30 ft. That creature must succeed on a wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or spend its turns attacking the nearest target. The target may repeat their saving throw at the end of its turn.
If the initial save is a success then the target has advantage against new instances of this effect.
2 charges, recovers all charges at dawn.  

Rattle Em!

Can only be used by The Shaman.
The Shaman shakes his staff above his head making the skulls clack and rattle with a magical eeriness.
Everyone within 30ft. of the shaman must make a wisdom saving throw or become frightened. The DC depends on the distance from the Shaman. It starts at 20 at 5 ft from the Shaman and drops to 10 at 30 ft. The Shaman can choose any number of creatures to omit from this effect.
Targets may repeat the saving throw at the end of their turns with the DC of their new location.  

Blessing of RAAAAAAGE!

You give one creature within 30 ft rage, granting it the following bonusses:
Advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws.
+2 bonus to the damage roll when making melee weapon attacks using Strength.
Resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
Lasts up to 1 minute. Requires concentration.
2 charges, recovers all charges at dawn.
