Quiver of Endless Poison

This Quiver has an embedded Vial of Endless Poison.
  This magic quiver has two compartments, each capable of holding 20 pieces of ammunition. One compartment has a vial of endless poison at the bottom that can poison up to 20 pieces of ammunition.
Once an arrow is drawn from the poisoned compartment the poison is applied and lasts for 1 minute.
An enemy that takes damage from a poisoned arrow must make a DC 13 CON saving throw or take an additional 1d4 poison damage and has their strength reduced by 2 for 1 minute (does not stack).
The quiver regains poison for 2d10 pieces of ammunition every day.
  This item can't be purchased, it can only be crafted.
Crafting requires 2 quivers and 3gp worth of other components that can be purchased at any general store.
Crafting takes about a day.
