Lenneyart's Light
Lenneyart's Light is a holy banner with at its peak a flag depicting a dawning sun.
Using the banner requires two hands. The banner is 7 ft tall. Requires attunement by someone chosen by Lenneyart.
While you have this banner raised you gain the following benefits:The banner sheds bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet.
You are surrounded by a 10 ft aura in which fiends and undead take an additional 1d4 radiant damage from weapon attacks and take a 1d4 penalty on their attack rolls and saving throws.
As a bonus action you can mark up to 5 creatures within 120 ft to be affected by the aura of this item regardless of their creature type. The mark lasts until dismissed or until you use this feature again.
Once per day you can, as an action, invoke the light of Lenneyart. You speak a command word and the banner sheds a blinding light, extending the above mentioned aura to a 120 ft radius and the affected area becomes brightly lit by sunlight. Lasts up to an hour or until dismissed. Upon activation all undead, fiends, and marked creatures in the aura must make a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or become blinded. An affected creature can reroll the save at the end of its turn. Additionally, the banner sheds dimlight 120 ft beyond the bright sunlight aura.
