Darklight Candle

The Darklight Candle is a magical candle invented by the Cult of the Shrouded Maiden. It holds great spiritual value in the cult. The existence and origins of this item are not common knowledge. One would sooner assume it is a custom magical item created for an individual rather than it being a ceremonial object.
  The Darklight Candle holds 6 charges. While wielding the Darklight Candle you can, as an action, consume a charge to activate it. While active the Darklight Candle makes the area in a 10ft radius be perceived as dimlight, regardless of darkvision. This area cannot be illuminated by any other means. Once activated the Darklight Candle remains active for 10 minutes or until dismissed, no action required to dismiss. Regains 6 charges at dawn. If the Darklight Candle is exposed to sunlight it won't regain any charges the next dawn.
