The leaders of Val'Kara meet in Desa'tor City to discuss the threats facing the continent

The Second Val'Kara Conference was held over the course of 6 days. 6 days of debate, of discussion and disagreement. King Caith of Anglica staunchly spoke for war with the Eldari as they were the biggest threat, while Isabella the Red requested full military support from the other nations in attendence, under suspicion that the Eldari have their hand in the current turning tide against her. Meanwhile King Rudolf argued that Vilka should be invaded, as it's weakened state would be a prime target for invasion. Regent Aelen and Queen Lilliana reminded the leaders not to forget the looming Norseans, whose own imperial ambitions could take advantage of the continent's overall disarray and Eldari panic.   In the end it was decided that the free Val'Karan nations would split the responsibility. The Dwem'vera Triumvirate would openly declare war on Praetora, aided by the Shyrland Confederation. Queen Lilliana of Krazkow would open talks with the Norseans about making a pact of non-aggression with the free nations, bringing High King Thydrak Fynrall to the Val'Karan diplomatic table in full. At the same time Anglica and Anor-Gotha would declare war on Vilka, coordinating with the local rebels.
