Serve no one but Vak-hal. Fear him always and make others fear him even more than you do. True power is to always strike down those who stand against you in the end. Defy Vak-hal and die – or in death find loyalty to him, for he shall compel it. Submit to the word of Vak-hal as uttered by his ranking clergy, since true power can only be gained through service to him. Spread the dark fear of Vak-hal. It is the doom of those who do not follow him to let power slip through their hands. Those who cross you must meet their dooms earlier and more harshly than those who worship other deities.

Personal history
Vak-hal is a Low God created by the nightmares of Odeus. Dreams of slavers, abusers, and tyrants formed him. in the Clash of the Gods Vak-hal battled with many of the High Gods before being struck so hard by Lyra he was nearly unmade entirely. Now he works from the Hells to spread his evil and control across Aeris, as the cries of the suffering feed his followers and him with unending pleasure.
