Tumblebunn

The origin of the tumblebunns is not a well known story despite how common they are taken in as pets in the city's of emeraldwood.   Tumblebunns were the decendents of normal rabbits found in plains of emerald wood, their evolution occurring from a failed sacrifice conducted by the mad wizard valtor who attempted to conjure an all consuming eldrich being. However, due to a misspelling, the eldrich being was split and transferred into the rabbits, giving them their distinct bloated appearance due to eldrich magic.   Tumblebunns are often found in packs of at least 30 members and they can live up to 30 years, however because of their lack of survival instincts they rarely live over 3 years.   Because of their bloated bodies Tumblebunns move around their area by curling into a ball shape and using their stubby legs to push themselves around, however this type of movement has its limits, such as not being able to move uphill in a meaningful manner, because of this it is not uncommon to see a hole where several tumblebunns are stranded.   Because of the power of the eldrich being which resides in all tumblebunns, they don't require any food, however they are so idiotic they don't realize this and will consume most items they can fit in their mouth. The inside of a tumblebunns mouth functions as a bag of holding, a mage which cast the find familiar spell on a tumblebunn can access this extraplanar space, if the wizard stores an item in a tumblebunn and later casts the find familiar spell on another tumblebunn, they will access the same demiplane.
