From a simple shipbuilding business was born the greatest point of entrance and exit of goods and money in the region.

Blackbourne was once a shipbuilding workshop located in a small settlement by the coast, created with the intention to open the doors to the exportation of Vilennor's goods. The great success of the trades helped Blackbourne expand its business, and eventually grew so large the growing town around was named after it.
