The Abyss

The Abyss is a never ending pit of cosmic darkness that harbours some of the most evil creatures that manifest in the dark places of the cosmos. Home to almost god like beings called daemon lords and beasts and creatures that defy logic and reason. A hostile place to all that set foot on the plane. Daemons and beasts all vie to be the apex predator that can sometimes be bent to the will of one who wields enough power, creating a ruthless enviroment where only the strong survive. These Demon lords with untold power within their individual realms, constantly war with each other and with other planes to the relief of all; If the whole plane could be unified under one banner it would mean the end for everything.

Cults to these "gods" are freaquent and give inquisitions across The Alliance much work. People of all species are allured and seduced by these terrible beings, spreading this corruption far and wide across Aenerion.
