Session 30

As the players arrive at Fort Elden, they get a good night's rest and are awoken to a Human man who saw an army approaching the fort as he was pissing off the wall. The Humans hurried inside the fort while the party prepared for the fight.

The party managed to deal with the Sappers fairly easy thanks to Mai causing plant growth to significantly slow their advance. However, a couple of them managed to detonate at the walls, blowing a hole to the left of the main gate and significantly damaging the wall to the right of the gate. The left wall eventually collapsed, blocking entrance into the courtyard, but leaving part of the wall destroyed. They had significant trouble dropping the Juggernaut, failing to prevent him from destroying the main gate, but eventually managed to kill the beast, who promptly toppled over and had his lifeless body fall on top of Anlon.

The first wave was immediately followed by some Goblin Bombardiers, Firebrands, and Werebat Goblins. The Werebat Goblins were a joke and went down immediately before they even reached the walls. The Bombardiers managed to take down Anlon, but they and the Firebrands didn't last much longer beyond that. After the battle ended, the party barely had any time to recuperate before Rhys began to move in to finish them.
