Session 3

The party discovered Anlon Ludar (Matt) among the bodies of the adventuring party the Ettin had slain, still alive, but badly wounded. They aided him and brought him back to town.

Anlon attempted to help some Lysian priests collect donations for the temple, but was later jumped by them in an alleyway. They were simply thugs who had beaten the real priests and stolen their uniforms. He beat the absolute shit out of one and the other took off running. Anlon then went back to the temple and offered to take up the task of distributing food to the less fortunate.

Dain brought the Ettin's weapons back to the smithy in Eldham and had them smelted into 7 Iron ingots to use towards crafting his Steel Defender. He should need about 20 to craft it. If he wants to buy the rest of the Iron outright, it's 10 SP per ingot, so it will be 1 GP, 30 SP to buy the rest. Then he'll need to spend a week crafting it with aid from the smithy, which will be an additional charge of maybe 20 GP?

The party decided to investigate the alleyway where people had been going missing and discovered the Mimic there. Mai promptly disintegrated it with her kameham- Burning Hands. Tamas delivered the news to the husband of a woman who had gone missing in the alley and he broke down in the fetal position and cried. Tamas directed a neighbor to make sure he would be okay (to which the party commented "New wife acquired!", lol). The man's name is Vaeril.

The party investigated an area where a woman's screams had been heard at night, but nobody had been able to locate the source. They investigated during the day and found a house that looked out of place. Inside, they began to see a shadowy figure out of the corner of their eyes walking around the house. They went upstairs and looked through the various rooms but the spirit became hostile and started slamming doors and throwing things at the players. They decided to leave and come back, and on their way out, they rounded the corner to the staircase and the shadowy figure charged at them while screaming before running straight through the wall behind them, frightening Mai and Dain. Anlon said he would go to the temple to produce a massive amount of holy water to throw at the house.
