Session 24

The party investigated Rhys' estate in the aristocratic district of Eldham. They were able to see into his kitchen and living quarters from the outside, but there were no windows in the rear of the building, so they went inside, making a ton of noise as they did. They took a while to debate their course of action before they inevitably had Dain bash Rhys' bedroom door down with his hammer. They engaged him and immediately started to kill the prostitutes blocking them from attacking Rhys, eventually killing all but one. The remaining one, Rhys drained of mental energy to heal himself. Rhys animated some suits of armor and then dominated Dain and unleashed a powerful psychic attack which knocked out 4 party members. It was a rough fight, but in the end, they prevailed when Rhys ran out of spell slots and fled through a Dimension Door.

Party took Rhys' chest from his study which is heavily warded.

After Rhys' retreat, they decided to burn down his home.
