Session 18

Party retired for the night after the events in the woods observing the teenagers. Anlon received a vision giving him an ominous warning about Adamar and then informing him of the Matured Revenant. Astix charged Anlon and the party with laying him to rest.

Party spent a day collecting supplies and set out to find Amara to protect her. They found they arrived a moment too late and found her front door kicked in. She came barreling out the front door babbling incoherently asking for help. The lights in the house went out and the party saw a pair of glowing eyes advancing towards them.

Party engaged and killed the Revenant and its minions (Anlon fucking obliterated 4 Zombies and 2 Shadows in a single Turn Undead). The Revenant gave them some very serious bruises but they had enough party members capable of dealing radiant damage that he wasn't a serious threat.

Party accepted a 1,000 GP reward from Amara and collected the Revenant's ashes. They visited Silas' wife and daughter in the Human quarter and brought with them the money, Silas' ashes, and some food, and gave it all to Silas' family.

Upon resting at the Dead Goose for the night, Astix congratulated Anlon for the party's work and gave him the Crystal of Alacrity, telling him it would "ease his burdens". The crystal removes the STR requirements of armor that the bearer wears and reduces the weight of armor it is attached to to 0 lbs.
