Rodaniten

Rodaniten is a very rare metal found only under a narrow mountain range north of Catarvoss and south of Sespanos. It is a controversial metal, and explicitly banned in Arak due to the effects it has on the emotions of those that touch it. Those that come into contact with the metal, letting it touch their bare skin, have their emotions neutralized. Those under its effects cannot feel fear, anger, joy, depression, or anything else. It has occasionally been used by the Marshals of The Commonwealth to keep prisoners placid and compliant. It can even suppress one's natural survival instinct and prevent someone from fleeing when their life is in danger, as the effects of the metal cause them to simply not care. For this reason, it is considered one of the most hazardous metals to handle, and in many places is illegal to use as a weapon; even though the metal is fairly soft and not suitable for weapons to begin with.
