Acohathas
Acohathas is a flame-retardant cloth made from the fur of a Yeti, which are found in the Evedimor'ian Cocaluwen region of Arak, and in certain areas of Reshyk. The cloth can resist open flames and will not ignite unless exposed to a hot enough flame. Acohathas can resist a flame of temperatures up to 1,000° F for about 10 minutes before it will ignite. However, on its own, Acohathas will not provide protection against magical flames, and must be magically enhanced to be capable of providing resistance, or even immunity, to fire in general.
On its own, Acohathas can be used to snuff out a campfire. Acohathas on its own WILL provide protection from non-magical fire, such as flaming arrows. Although Yetis are not rare, they are quite dangerous, and the process of making Acohathas from their fur is complicated, so it is a premium cloth that fetches a high price. Even if the cloth does not ignite when exposed to a hot flame, it will still degrade, so repeated exposure to hot flames will destroy the cloth over time. It can also be cut quite easily.
