Storm-Touch
A rather simple offensive option, one that honestly does not see as much use as other more distance oriented offensive options by many magisters of the Opal Order. A simple matter of utilizing Aeir's close relationship to lightning, and getting one's own internal flows of Opal to briefly accelerate enough to generate such energy, sending it out through your touch into another creature.
Effect
Basic Effects: Weaving Aeir within your own body, setting it moving swifter and swifter to generate energy, your finger tips begin to crackle, little sparks of lightning becoming visible in the Material Realm. Until the end of the duration, you may choose to make a melee spell attack against a target of your choice and should you hit, this spell ends as it is discharged. Upon being discharged, the target takes 2d6 Lightning damage and must make a Power Defensive Test. Should they fail, they are also Stunned for 1 round, as their body twitches and shakes uncontrollably, their muscles and tendons spasming, though they still manage to keep their feet.
Conductive: If the target creature is naturally made of some sort of metal (a construct perhaps), or is wearing predominantly metal clothing (a warrior in full chainmail, a knight in full plate, etc) the damage becomes 2d10.

Side/Secondary Effects
Tier II Effects: Increase the damage by 1d6 or 1d10 as appropriate.
Tier III Effects: The spell-form is not discharged unless 2 strikes are made, not just 1.

Manifestation
As the Kuo-toa lunged at Oris, the little gnome scrambled aside, feeling the energy crackling in his finger tips, as he narrowly avoiding the foul fish-man's spear tip. He scrambled forwards then as fast as his gnomish legs would allow, reaching out and touching the hip of the monstrosity, letting the spell discharge from his hands, smirking with satisfaction as the spear clattered to the cavern floor, the creature twitching and convulsing, barely managing to stay standing as the lightning arched through it.
