Discharge
A potent spell-form within an Opal magister arsenal, one that sees them pull forth an immense amount of Opal manna, channeling it through themselves, as it manifests upon the Material Realm in every which direction as bolts of electricity.
Effect
Basic Effects: Weaving the flows of Aeir all throughout your body, you draw in more and more Opal Manna, drawing it into yourself within the Aether, until you simply cannot contain it in that realm any longer, and then you draw it all through yourself and outwards, forcing all that manna in a volatile reaction to cross realms, as bolts of wild electrical energy just radiate out from you in a sudden and violent discharge. Any creature within 20 feet that you choose to be one of those so affected by this spell-form must make an Agility Defensive Test. Should they fail they take 8d6 lightning damage and are Stunned for 1 round. If successful, they take half damage and are not stunned.
Conductive: If the target creature is naturally made of some sort of metal (a construct perhaps), or is wearing predominantly metal clothing (a warrior in full chainmail, a knight in full plate, etc) the damage becomes 8d10.

Tier II Effects: Radius increases by 10 feet
Tier III Effects: Damage increases by 2d6 and 2d10 as appropriate.

Manifestation
Emilia grinned even as she realized the beastmen were surrounding her, the gnolls moving in like a pack of ravenous hyenas, unaware of the mortal danger standing before them, even as her skin began to shine, and her eyes flashed, a opal brilliance crackling within them, and all along her skin, clothes and finger tips, as bolts of lightning crackled forth from every angle all about her, striking the foul creatures, sizzling flesh, popping eyeballs, and paralyzing bodies.
