Zolgon

Zolgon is a port city state nation on the west coast of the continent Aizidus, it is the continents gateway to the Black Aether Ocean. A nation where technology meets magic they shun the gods influence having erected a celestial null field powered by their arcane engineering. It is ruled by the Sorcerer King Xaldis Isharr who takes council with the local Leysmiths the noble houses of studious wizard engineers.
  The city itself is protected by tall metallic purple walls the surrounding countryside vineyards which the region is also famous for. Walking inside the massive elemental-mechano gates a person takes in a view of cobbled streets, rails inset on either side with magically powered carts travelling quickly along them full of people. The sides of the streets are full of shops and abodes many of which appear to have lit up signs that come to life. Thirty three black obelisks that help keep the Obstava Celesti float just above the buildings across the city lighting up with crackling rainbow coloured energy periodically. Following the main street with the eyes reveals Laboratori Plateau a massive floating disk like structure set above the cities main level where many great towers, laboratories and the principal seat of Zolgon government reside. Below lie the many Underplate levels where the lower one goes the further one is away from the reach of the law.
