Maral Pyraxia

She was born to the Pyraxia family. As the first born female she was the heir to the family. She was taught magic from a very young age. Holding a great affinity for it she quickly gained the favour of all around her. That was until she slaughtered her parents and all who confronted her. She was obsessed with strength, she did not care for the weak at all. She ruled over the family Pyraxia for thousands of years before she found someone she believed strong enough to be a mate. Rushiel was a roaming blood angel from the Reaper's Dunes. He travelled slaughtering any he met. One day he came across Maral. He tried to fight her but she was far too much. But he wouldn't stop. He kept getting back up. Maral liked that. She took him back to castle Pyraxia and married him. He gave her two children: Sacriel and Ludoshiel. Sacriel was incredibly gifted. By the age of 15 he was already able to best all but his father. Ludoshiel however was definitely gifted but not close to Sacriel. He lost every fight, Maral payed him little attention. His weakness was not worth consideration. Eventually she commanded Ludoshiel be sent out to prove himself. He did, but maimed his brother in the process and killed most of the extended family.   Maral punished Sacriel for such failure brutally. But her hatred of Ludoshiel was far greater. Such weakness. He held such power but ran as soon as it was released. She demanded he be stricken from the family, all mention disappearing from the castle. She then demanded Rushiel give her more children, she needed an heir. He did, two more sons and a daughter: Arcantiel, Diashiel and Lisal. Lisal was perfect. Magically gifted and driven. Maral developed a deep bond with her quickly. Diashiel was a worthy substitute for Sacriel, not as gifted but good enough. But Arcantiel. He was miserable. He hated combat and only wanted to learn magic. This is heretical within the Pyraxia family so he would be beaten continuously. Eventually Maral couldn't take it. She demanded he be executed.   As for Maral's status, after the extended family was destroyed Maral was confronted by Jeanne d'Arc. She like the castle and wanted it as hers, not just that she wanted the Pyraxia family to become her personal army. Maral was insulted and attempted to fight but for the first time was crushed. Jeanne was far too strong. Eventually Maral had to give up her pride, she yielded to Jeanne to save the family.   Jeanne took over the castle and created a fake one for the family to inhabit. Thus began a century of servitude. Through this Maral searched everyday to find a power to take Jeanne down. Eventually coming into contact with the cult of the demon lord. Maral became enamoured by the tales of the demon lord and desired her strength. She joined the cult and climbed to the top quickly. She began using her given forces to search for ways to attain strength. Eventually coming across notes written by Ren Whitesmoke about a way to gain godly powers through the sealed tome of Solomon. Thus her search began.
