Sleepy Bayou
A small hamlet nestled amidst the murky waters of the swamp that surrounds a large lake. Humble wooden huts on stilts cluster around the winding waterways, connected by creaking boardwalks that echo with the soft footsteps of its inhabitants. Wisps of fog cling to the surface of the water, and the air is filled with the chorus of cicadas and the distant croak of bullfrogs.
The inhabitants here are mostly people who reject the oppressive lives of cityfolk, and retreated here to find a laidback, somewhat lawless society.
