The Coalition Agreement
"It's just legal jargon. Trust me, I have no intentions on putting it into actual effect. Everyone here can leave, at any given moment. This is a battle against the apocalypse itself, and we must treat it as so. Hell, I'll be surprised if many of you stay for the whole fight. We're going against the heart of dragonkind. I don't want to be here. I want to be back home, in my study, enjoying a nice cup of green tea whilst reading my favourite novels. I want to be able to enjoy my work, and teach some young folk how to fight properly. Alas, I am here, ready to kill, ready to die, and ready to survive,"The Coalition Agreement was a trivial pursuit from the Decadions of the Adadis Courthall and its city. In order to allocate their soldiers and forces into fighting alongside individuals that they would usually be chasing after. Criminals, crooks, villains and others that are considered less lawful than their people were required to be their allies. Folks such as Salar, the Great Battle Master, and adventurers from the Sellsword Sanctuary were necessary for them to win fights against the draconic forces of Malus, the Charred Colossus.
- Thaquorous Alexo, before signing The Coalition Agreement.
Whilst most people laughed at the idea of signing an agreement towards being a part of the coalition, some took the opportunity to prove that they were involved in the fight. Dragon scholar, Etrigan, had been one to sign the agreement. He may not have provided much help in the destruction of the draconic forces, no, but his skill was found when it came to understanding the capacity of intelligence with the dragons. He was extremely valuable with the handling of resources and strategy, making him just as valuable as the likes of Professor Elara, who had also signed the contract. Although, her reasoning was much more different. Essentially, Elara just wanted to rub it in the faces of the Adadis Courthall that somebody as morally questionable as her was fighting by their side. She finds this fact amusing, and often tells it to people whenever she finds herself in a tavern, or day-drinking.
