Druids of the Wayfarer's Belt
"The lands found between the mountain expanse and Raman is littered with ancient ruins, which have slowly been reclaimed by the trees of the grove. Stone pillars and clay huts have become as much a part of the environment as the trees that entwine their rooms around them. On the north-facing side of the closest pillar, ancient engravings which seem to be a language glow a soft green hue, waiting to be read by those that are willing to see it,"The Wayfarer's Belt, the collection of islands that make up most of South-West Aitso, was dominated by different kingdoms and empires, in the Founding Lands era. Before then, however, when these regions were still emerging - and the concept of royal lineages and modernity were not continental, there was a minor era, in the early Founding Lands Era, and before then, a time undocumented by many scholars, where the Archdruids of the area, who spoke directly to Aitso itself, and manifested their power through a primordial god, rather than through a pantheon or divine being of an outer form. These druids were capable of exerting great power, and weaved together the first boats that'd become common use for adventurers, nobles, and travelling groups alike. They were the pioneers of the time, causing regions such as Maisin and Halland Island to make their first connections. Some records even suggest that the Archdruids of this group were known as Wayfarers, hence the naming of the region as the Wayfarer's Ocean, and for all of the land on it, the Wayfarer's Belt, due to its nature of coiling from the western point of Aitso, to the Southern point.
- Narration, in Halland Island
In recent times, especially with the unveiling of the Southern Pole, the Druids of the Wayfarer's Belt has fallen to obscurity. No longer are the times where the masses of an island would worship naturalists, where they instead turn to more modern forms of worship and allegiance. This isn't to say that the Druids of the Wayfarer's Belt no longer exist - but rather that the region holds a lesser role for the druids.
