Vultafiir is an Archdevil, ruler of Dis after killing and devouring the previous ruler, Dis. His true form is unknown, but he often appears as a large shadow looming over a pool of black liquid. The only distinguishable facial features are the two small white dots in his head, assumed to be eyes. Speaks in an echoing whisper and makes deals with mortals for knowledge and secrets that mortals often die outright from knowing. His layer of hell contains unique devils known only as the bookkeepers.
