Tlincali
Tlincali reside on all of the continents of the world, albeit in the form of various subraces. The Tlincali all have a uniform body plan: a muscular, humanoid, armor-plated upper body connects to a huge scorpion body. All of them have 4 beady black eyes and at least 1 horn. Most also have different poisons in their stingers. The majority of tlincali are solitary and nomadic, residing in deserts or the ocean. There are, of course, exceptions. Tlincali are also often known as scorpionfolk or scorpiotaurs.
It is believed the Tlincali were originally aquatic and were created by the Goddess of the deep ocean to defend her and her domain.
