Iquini
Iquini refers to any human or elf originating from the continent of Iquin. The biological ethnicity, however, is only one of 13 human ethnicities in Iquin. The Iquini are partially characterized by their skinnier and shorter frames, along with an absence of body hair. This has lead many to believe that Iquini have elf blood in them. Draconic sorcery is manifested much more often in Iquini than other ethnicities (still very rarely), and a few families have concentrated the draconic blood to become very powerful natural sorcerers. Iquini have very few skin imperfections and are often very fair-skinned. Their scalp hair grows at an alarming rate, and their most common hair color is bright blonde to dirty blonde. Facial-feature-wise, they often have long and thin faces with small noses and eyes but full lips. There is a rare genetic mutation in which the eyes of an Iquini take on a very draconic appearance, becoming more chromatic and reptilian. Culturally, Iquini are known for their reverence of dragons and the cooperation with elves.

Ideals
Beauty Ideals
Iquini appreciate long hair, fair skin, lack of body hair, cleanliness, and narrow faces.
Gender Ideals
To the Iquini, men and women are equally powerful but are meant for different tasks. Men lead, raise children, defend/manage the home. Women make money, attack external threats, bring back food, and study magic. In general, only females may be wizards, and only males may rule. Either one may become a monk or a dragon priest.
Courtship Ideals
Marriage has nothing to do with courtship and is arranged by parents more times than not: it is often in the interest of wealth, political power, and magical power. External to marriage, spouses may pursue love as long as the lovers do not bear a child together. In courtship, the two will attempt to woo each other with grand gestures and sometimes gifts.
Relationship Ideals
Relationships should progress quickly and not be permanent.
