The Seas

Aars oceans are home to a wide variety of different ecosystems and creatures. There are deep, lightless trenches, coral reefs, endless meadows of seaweed, kelp-forests, black smokers and cold, overfrozen areas in the arctic. 
 

Frozen Sea

The frozen sea in the north of Nandaahr, which reaches around the northpole.   

Sea of Storms

The sea of storms in the east of Nandaahr, known for its sudden and brutal storms.   

Red Sea ("Bloody Sea")

The red sea, also known as the bloody sea, seperates Nandaahr and Andaahr. It has gotten its name from numerous battles between Nandaahrs and Andaahrs kings and rulers. Oh, I nearly forgot to mention the small "nation" of pirates, that resides on the Scorpion- and the Daggerisland between the two continents. Obviously they add their part to the colorful name of this sea.   

Sea of smoke / Smoking Sea / Sea of the last light

The ocean to the west of Nandaahr goes by many names. Its name goes back to the many volcanic islands far of in its center to the west.   

The other Seas

The rest of Aars oceans have never seen a human ship as far as the knowledge of Nandaahr and Andaahr reaches, but many Tales and mysteries still reach the civilized harbors...
