Known often as the 'cat elves' for their cat-like ears and feet, the ash elves are the youngest of the divineborn races - and the only one who's creator is unknown. Ash elves have dusky, ash-colored skin and pale hair, often with fiery ember-like eyes. Originating somewhere around Gezralahdnat, ash elves are a small-statured race that trends to having inherent fire magic capability. They are widely seen neutrally by other races, and are the majority population of some countries in the mountainous regions of Draakrahlr.
Sporting a diverse number of morphs, birdfolk appear as bipedal birds with talon-like arms, legs, and a set of wings. They can appear in a wide variety of shapes and forms, with beak shape, toe position, wing shape, and plumage all being highly variable. They are capable of flight and are often capable of using their feet just as well as their hands. They are widely seen neutrally by other races, and are most commonly found in the jungles and mountains of eastern Vuorlan and western Cryngasth.
Sometimes called the 'bat elves' for their broad ears and subterranean homes, the dark elves were created by Oreik from the surviving Honounian moon elves. They tend to have dark, desaturated blue-purple skin, grey-white monotone hair, and red to white eyes, though surface dwelling dark elves tend to have much darker and more saturated skin then their perpetually subterranean brethren. They tend of have inherent magic relating to darkness and often necromancy. They are widly seen as untrustworthy and often enemies by other (non-underground) races, and neutrally or favorably by underground races. Almost all of their population can be found in the Undergound or parts of the Underworld, and are uncommon sights on the surface.
Easily the most visually and morphologically diverse race, dragons come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes - ranging from having two sets of limbs in a leg/wing pair, to having upwards of eight sets. Much more in tune with their inherent divinity then any other race, dragon's visual appearance and inherent capabilities are driven strongly by what their inherent divine nature leans to. Through this, dragons can also ascend to a semi-divine state, allowing them to become biologically immortal and unlock new inherent capabilities. They can theoretically grow indefinitely, and are capable of shifting into a humanoid form. They are generally viewed as enemies by almost all surface races, and though they once were numerous across Draakrahlr, they are now largely extinct on the surface and are scarce in the Underground and Underworld.
