An explorer and natural seaman in his youth, Fyetor was a personality larger than life but grew tired, depressed and fat with age. Fyetor had little interest in ruling but dutifully took the title of Grand Duke with the passing of his brother Georgi Valrak
It was Fyetor who in 732 had negotiated with Dhomrahm and opened trade between the Dwarves and Great Irinoff. Several years later, it would be Ghurron Doz which he would form trade agreements with and with whom, would lead to the Irinoffin landings at Ebura and by extension, the settling of New Khirina.
