Duan Yin Gui
A popular and aggressive young cultivator of the White Sea Sect.
Yin Gui assists Zhang Huai Shi (traveling under an alias) and Bai Xue Ying in clearing the mining town Red Blossom Springs of a group of zhujian beasts. After they kill most of them outside of the mine, Yin Gui goes with them into the mines to kill one last zhujian, but refuses to investigate further when the group hears indications of a ghost deeper inside.
At the Baihaigong sect, Yin Gui makes a point of shaming and bullying the youngest two Zhangs - particularly Zhang Ke Yuan. This comes to a head after Ke Yuan gets back from a home visit training with Gao Zhong Hu. After a violent altercation against Yin Gui and two of his friends, Yin Gui becomes more careful and more spiteful in his interactions. Ke Yuan later defeats him in a sect sword tournament, though he is disqualified on a technicality.
Yin Gui serves under Wei Ang Jian in the military after the War of Eternal Day.
