Kylyon

The Kylyon are a Northern and Western species who live in drier climates and live off of fruit and plants, but some live off of blood as well. They are a subset of the Myacoris.

What do they look like?

• They are shorter on average
• Their skin is leathery and a large portion of them suffer from skin disorders
• Varicose veins are common
• They live mainly in drier areas and dark places,

What are their senses or perceptions?

• They have excellent hearing and echolocation
• They can't see very well in the light, and have to wear dark glasses
• They carry a lot of conditions that certain tribes are not vaccinated against(?)

Where are they in your setting?

• They live in the North as well, though there because there is less fruit they tend to drink blood
• They often live around Gall Orchards and Forests and thus are part of the active nightlife
• There are also some who live in Sealtland and Meldland, and are more detrivorous

How do they survive in their environment?

• They adapt very well to different environments in that their main diet is sugar
• They are opportunists and generally have high metabolisms
• They are able to change sex and gender roles quickly to adjust their population (selective hermaphroditism)

What is their general attitude?

• Opportunists but also fairly shy, so they do not socialize outside themselves much
• Some who do join other civilizations typically join professions where blood is easy to come by
• They are excellent magicians due to this

How do they feel about the other peoples?

• They are not aggressive by nature and prefer to stay out of the way
• They sometimes align in groups with other parasitic tribes due to common eating habits
