Koidian Cant

Koidian Cant, is a coded language derived from the language of the Sindainox, which itself falls under the Airean-Piscean Branch of recorded language. Koidian Cant is intermingled with the infamous "dark speech" of the Deii (known itself as a Piscean language which has placed under the Dark Age Piscean branch by Heno linguists.

Much of these languages were used in the creation of code words which the Gannwyll Gwydd used, which is categorized mainly as the Industrial Piscean branch. This linguistic branching system is categorized by the time at which the dialects were most prominent and standardized. This was calculated not using Heno, but Gwraig Verth conjured from seeds said to be from the Outpost, in the only settlement known there.

Many idioms and phrases derive from the fact that Double Walkers and Hexen often speak in this code, and it is named after Koidios, who is a benevolent forest deity original which became part of the Imperial Cult.
