What is the primary role or function of a Centuria in your world?

Centuria are often professional soldiers and lead small armies/warbands, and in some remote communities can even become tribal chiefs. They are able to work comfortably in the presence of leaders and mighty creatures, as well as provide tactical support to Domina Equita alongside other higher levels.

They are also often teachers, advisors, or veteran and integral parts of the army. They may also participate in special operations.
