The conflict that would become a major point in human history, as it became the war that loosened the restrictions with both strategic and tactical nuclear ordinance. Starting as a small border conflict in the Kashmir region, it quickly spiraled out of control and by the conflict's end caused a 24-hour nuclear bombardment of both countries involved.   This would lead to nuclear terrorism in Europe, destroying Paris, Hamburg, and Sarajevo, destroying them utterly.

Prelude: Tensions

Tensions have always been a problem for Pakistan and India, as the blood feud between the two dominant ethnic groups of Pakistan and India and the numerous land disputes -particularly the Kashmir region- provided, and had led to various wars and border skirmishes over the decades, with -before this conflict- the closest that the two nations getting into a possible nuclear brawl during the years of the Bill Clinton Administration in the mid 1990s AD.   Sadly, it only delayed the inevitable.   Tensions between Pakistan and India were always present due to the fact that the two dominant ethnic groups absolutely dispised each other.
