Pokedex Form

This "bracer" form requires either the sacrifice of a Pokedex, an exceptionally common item found within the Pokemon universe, or the "Synchronize P.L.O.T. Form" Point Shop item.   When this form is active, the Contestant can raise their forearm towards a creature. If the creature is a monster, then the bracer will inform the Contestant verbally. Whether this can be heard by only the Contestant, all nearby Contestants, or everyone in normal hearing range is random.   Animals with magical, elemental, or anomalous properties that are not considered monsters within their home universe do not count as monsters, and cannot be scanned by the Pokedex. Humans that become zombies may or may not count as monsters, depending on how they are seen in their home realities.   Information about each monster is acquired automatically as the Contestant does things that would acquire that information. The Pokedex Bracer Form has an inbuilt bestiary that allows the Contestant to review information on each monster.
