Overlord Gauntlet Form
Unlike most other P.L.O.T. Device forms, this form actually has and enforces an alignment for one of its functions. It can be acquired by either sacrificing the Evil Overlord's personal demon-controlling gauntlet from the Overlord 2: Raising Hell, or by seeing another Contestant with it and Synchronizing.
Normally, this item can't even be in this roleplay, as the rule says we can't affect canon storylines, and pulling the main item out of the game series absolutely does that. But I (Viirin) reached out and talked to the developing game studio and they said they aren't going to make another game in this series, so since the story is dead I can do what I want with it. I want to do this.
By having this bracer form, the Contestant unlocks the "Overlord" Class. Killing others, whether people, monsters, animals, or other, their souls can be seen and collected by hand, as long as the form is active.
Souls collected this way can only be summoned as new Minions of the element matching their soul color. Specific upgrades to the Underworld, called Minion Hives, must be created for anything other than Brown souls, as a new Overlord can only summon Brown, or melee, Minions. Souls are not used up per summon if the current Minions survive and are sent back to the Underworld. If they die, replacement souls are needed.
Three small demons called Minions (from Overlord, damn it) can be summoned forth from a pit that opens up in the ground that leads magically to the Underworld. This cannot be traversed by any Contestant, yet. In order to do so, that Contestant must have an Underworld in which to travel to!
The Contestant's Underworld is created and grown by conquering a building or other clearly defined locale in any clearly evil manner, such as a combination of murder and trauma, or simply by gunpoint or similar. If this is done, then a copy of that building and whatever within it that cannot be easily moved, is placed within the Underworld.
Holding up a bank at bomb threat gets the bank and its vault, but not the money inside. Deciding a cabin in the woods is yours doesn't count, as trespassing isn't evil. Kidnapping someone, dragging them to the cabin, then killing them is, so that counts. A sports equipment store having all its employees and customers beaten up counts, netting you the building and its treadmills and bowflexes, but not its dumbbells.
