Matter Manipulator Form

The Matter Manipulator Bracer Form has a staggering number of versatile uses, but in order to unlock it, a Contestant must either Synchronize, or sacrifice a Matter Manipulator; an item that can only be gained upon graduating from a minimum 1-year curriculum at the Terrene Protectorate Academy on Earth (in StarBound). Unless you steal someone else's or kill them for it... which may or may not have happened.   Unlocking this Form grants the Contestant the "Protector" Class, which can be looked up in other articles.   When the form is active, the Contestant can emit a beam onto a surface, which can use some of the same abilities as the Matter Manipulator. Resource Extraction

Lumberjacking and Arborism

Construction

Exactly how much of a tree that must be absorbed in order to gain a sapling has yet to be investigated.   Different things that have been absorbed by one Contestant or another include dirt, mud, clean water, cement, asphalt, cheese sauce, snow, crimstone, brick, obsidian, and wood.
