The Coward King's, Are a name for a Ruler who came up during the first few generations after the Dragon Black. These King's built settlements and tried to project force over many settlements without centralizing enough to become a target of Potential Dragon Attacks. These King's often become targets of Orc Attacks due to the resources the pull together but without greater centralization they are relatively easy targets.
