Summer Camp 2024

My writing this summer will be focused getting back into writing for this world. I haven't touched much in the last year as I was busy with studying and most of my worldbuilding went into my private D&D campaign world for a campaign I am running.   I will attempt to pull all the prompts together into a One-Shot that I develop in parallel and then finish during August. With the goal of actually playing this one shot with the Fate Condensed system.  

Theme 1: Change

With the fall of the Veil everything changed. Everyones life was affected by some extent causing many changes in response. The focus of this summer camp will be on organizations that emerged in response to this reveal.   Ideas  

• A small investigation bureau that takes on occult cases formed after the veil has lifted.
• A new police unit founded after the it (David Monroe)
• A neighbourhood watch
• A supernatural / mundane mediation society
• A meetup at a local game store with supernaturals and mudanes playing D&D
• A occult uni faculty

Theme 2: Refuge

With the enormous changes that have come with fall of the veil, many have sough refuge from these changes and retreated to their places of comfort.  

• A bar
• A blanket / pullover
• A refugee center
• A homeless shelter

Theme 3: Belief

The fall of the veil has challenged many believes.

• A church, shrine or temple
• A prayer, meditation
• A conspiracy theory
• A priest, monk
• Myth and folklore
