Gao Yaling

Gao Yaling is the second oldest vampire on the Elder Council. She has attained this position by slaughtering most of the vampires who were older than her. While this is usually very difficult as a vampires age is also the source of most of their power, she overcame this difference with careful planing and powerful allies. Her actions were crucial in securing an understanding between the Elder Council and the Hunter's Guild to stop the hunter's from hunting vampires to extinction. Her base of power in the modern time are a large number of ancient vampires loyal to her, all trained in combat and blood magics, organized in the Yaling Honor Guard. Furthermore she is known as The Enforcer by many as she leads the Central Enforcement Office, ensuring that crimes committed by vampires are punished.

Life

Gao Yaling started her life as the daughter of farmers somewhere in central China a long time ago. Her life took a sharp turn when her family was slaughtered by roaming vampire band in service of Xiang Zhelan. She served the vampires for a while, until she managed to become one herself, by convincing one of them to turn her.

Role

 

Appearance

She is always dressed immaculately in the official uniform for her role as the head enforcer of the Central Enforcement Office. No matter the occasion or function she attends, she always has the same appearance. She has perfect control over her emotions and which to show on her face and in her non-verbal communication. It is a point of pride for her to represent her role as a central figure of the vampiric world order. A role she only plays in public and at official events.
  In private she likes to dress in comfortable and modest cloths that do are still high quality and well fitted.

Hobbies

Gao Yaling is a busy woman, with a number of obligations that require her to make public appearances. Outside of those she is happy to delegate her work to skilled subordinates, which gives her time for herself. Since she does not need to sleep that has become more and more over the years. In recent years she has discovered video games and has had a lot of fun playing a wide range of shooters, grand-strategy, and role playing games. Often she plays multiplayer where she is well known as Gao Yaling, not like anyone was going to make the connection. She uses her reflexes and fast thinking as a vampire to her full advantage.
