Born/Blessed Lycanthrope
When a Lycanthrope conceives a child, the curse is spread to the unborn child. The unborn child is shielded from the light of the Lycan moon until after their birth. Luckily for these children, the curse doesn't affect them until their 10th birthday; however, from what it seems that these born lycans have no chance to have their curse removed.
In extremely rare circumstances, a Lycanthrope gains better control of their abilities and earns the title of a blessed Lycan in the church of Hircine.
Note: Blessed Lycanthrope is only available through gameplay.

- Bloodlust. At the start of your turn, if you've taken any damage since the beginning of your last turn, you must make a Wisdom saving throw to maintain control. The DC equals 10, or half of the total damage you've taken from attacks since your last turn, whichever number is higher. On a failed save, you must move directly towards the nearest creature to you and use the attack action against the creature. If there is more then one possible target, the DM chooses the target. You then regain control for the remainder of your turn.
- Resilient Hide. You have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from weapons that aren't silvered. In the chart below you may also gain a +1 to your natural armor class.

These Lycanthropes were born into the curse and thus had to deal with it for their entire lives. Because they have had years of experience in this curse, they generally have a bit more control. Note: Your parent determines the type of curse.
